While PopSpecs provides a wide selection of fashionable frames that reflect customers' unique style. You, as a qualified optical advisor bring unmatched expertise in eye care, including:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their style, prescription, and visual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive and accurate eyewear fittings, ensuring proper frame adjustments and lens measurements for optimal comfort and vision, and glazing.
• Interpret optical prescriptions and provide professional advice to customers on lens options, coatings, and frame styles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies to provide customers with the best possible recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer prescriptions, orders, and transactions.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Extensive knowledge of eyewear products, lens options, and frame styles.
• Strong understanding of optical prescriptions and the ability to interpret and explain them to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate measurements and fittings.
• Ability to work in a team and individually to achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with optical equipment and tools.
